worried about bruise/mark on 5 year old

Last night i notiched this mark on the bottom of my daugters bum we are not aware of any injury.

She hasnt been well for the last 2 weeks and we have been back and forth to the doctors, she has been tierd, not eating as much, cough, cold and complaining of stomach aches and pains in the back of her legs.
She has been booked in for some blood work this saturday.
I just wondered what everyone else thoughts where on this mark? my husband thinks its a graze but the red points bother me.

If it was a graze you’d be able to feel it on her skin with your eyes closed. If you can then it’s under the skin. As she is getting bloods done anyway I’d maybe call to update the GP and see what they say- if it’s under the skin and not a graze.

when you touch it, it feels ever so slighty rough but not what i would expect a graze to feel like. I will give them a call, feel like we have live there these last few weeks and she isnt normally poorly.

Looks like a friction burn type graze to me, like you might get from a graze that happens under clothes.

Carpet burn?
