daughter waiting so long for chrohns biopsy

hi all

my daughter recently had a colonoscopy on july the 11th and the doctor said they think it may be chrohns so we are waiting for the biopsy results and they still havent came.does anyone else know about how long it takes for biopsy results.

Have you tried calling the hospital and asking for the results?

Also have you guys had all the scans?

@BabyST The hospital did say they would try and chase down the results but i have not heard anything from them. We have been sent a letter for an appointment for an ultrasound.

@crystalsaremyfave That sounds painfully long. Hopefully it's not crohns and maybe just IBS which is the better of the 2. Any reason they think it's crohns?

Is the ultrasound pretty soon?
