hello
Has anybody had the M VAX Vaccine privately? I know its available at he Spire Bristol. I've seen some posts with the French Rotavax? vaccine mentioned but not this one.
Just wanting to know if anyone has had it, how were the side effects and if anyone has used the Spire in Bristol?
I'm not looking for a vaccine debate btw. Thankyou

The commonly used measles vaccines all have similar success rates (i.e. give immunity) and similar side effects.
The main difference with this one is that it is suitable for those with an egg allergy.

thanks, have you used this?

No, my children just had the MMR. I wouldn’t put them at risk.

OK, I want to her from people who have had the MVAX not people who haven't as I explained in my post
I haven't posted here before as i usually use babycentre so hoping some people will come back.

OP - you need to actually listen to more than a couple of people’s experiences when it comes to vaccinations. You could quite easily get 2 people who said it was absolutely fine or 2 people who said it was awful and both their children had a high temperature afterwards and were really ill. Neither would mean anything statistically as your sample size would be too small.

Read the studies yourself, they’re going to be much more useful. Speak to your GP. Or just have the MMR.

Yes at Baby Jabs in London, totally fine, DD didn't even notice, no temp / side effects.
