Hi
Please any idea what we can do to help? This is an intermittent problem, some days she is fine other days she’s in so much discomfort she just lays on sofa. There is no rash. The doctor has checked for uti, treated for thrush, constipation, antibiotics. But nothing seems to help. On bad days she kneels on her heels and rocks and clenches her lower muscles to relieve pain/discomfort. She does not scratch. She is out of nappies, we thought it was maybe an allergy, but it’s not. This has been happening for about 6 months.
Please can anyone advise ? Thank you.

If it's mostly at night, try treating her for threadworms. They (yuk) migrate in girls...

I thought threadworms too. Especially if she plays in sandpits (sandboxes in the UK?) a lot.

Whatever it is, keep investigating. It sounds awful, and like it’s preventing her normal development. Poor kiddo (and poor you).
