One breast slightly swollen than the other on 8 year old daughter

Hello.
My 8 year old daughter's left breast is slightly more swollen than the other side and the nipple on the same breast seems larger too than on the other side. She will be 9 in two months.
Is it normal for the breasts starting to develop this early or should I take her to the GP to check it out? I just don't want to waste their time if it's a normal development for a girl, but I can't remember that I started to enter puberty at this early age, apart from starting my periods when I was 13.
Could anybody advise me please.

Yes very normal. My poor DD thought she had cancer!!!

Yes quite normal, my dd1 started to develop breast buds at that age. My DD2 is 9 and has none yet.

Completely normal. My daughter had the same at 9, with just one breast.

My DD turned 9 a few months ago and has had to start wearing crop tops for school on pe days as she has quite noticeable breast buds now, she's also starting to get wider hips and goes in at the waist.
Definitely wasn't what I expected at 9, like you I was closer to 12 before I think I noticed anything changing.
