Brown dot/mark on sole of child's foot

Hi, my son has a small brown dot/mark on the sole of his foot. Wondering if anyone can tell me what it is? Thanks

Hi I noticed this on my daughter too. I think it's a small blister that filled with a bit of blood in her case. Are you sure it's not a mole or freckle?

You can get moles / freckles on the soles of your feet and palms of your hands - and moles tend to start popping up from the age of about 3. My DD has a brown mole /freckle on the palm side of one of her fingers.
