Hi, my little boy has had really bad diarrhoea for 10 days now, hasnt eaten and when he does eat a small amount hes projectile vomiting. Trip to hospital yesterday and his blood sugar was really low, had to take a tube of glucose and his sugar level increased slightly. Was told to get him to eat anything sugary to get his levels higher and I can't get him to eat anything at all. How much longer can I let this go on as I'm really worried and fear there is something else underlying.
