So my 7 yr old has a severe cross bite which has worn down her top baby teeth really badly.
Dentist says we shouldn’t do anything until her big teeth are in but I’m worried that if we wait that long to start then her adult teeth will get damaged in the time it takes to correct it.
Does anyone have any experience?
She has nasal polyps meaning she mouth breathes too and an unresolved tongue tie.
Waiting to see ENT about the polyps. But have seen the consultant about the tongue tie but the NHS won’t cut it now.
Has anyone had it done privately? If so how much did it cost?
Lastly I’ve seen a thing about myobrace which seems to suggest it would correct a lot of the damage done but guessing it would be most effective once the polyps and tongue tie are sorted. Anyone had it? How much did it cost? How much is the initial consultation? Would you recommend it?
