My 2 year old is unwell but changing him today I have noticed the area btween the bottom of his belly and around his penis is swollen? His penis and testicles are fine it’s just around them, it’s not hard it’s more puffy? I will ring in the morning if it hasn’t gone down i just wondered if anyone had any ideas as to what it was?
