Ds 11 developed a temperature over the weekend with head ache and blurry vision on one occasion. Very sleepy and not eating. He had a lingering cough and cold for the last weeks. Took him doctors to rule out meningitis as that was my main worry and shes done a urine sample to rule out an infection. However in the last 24 hours he has had 6 severe nose bleeds (hes had them since he was 9mths old) but these were extremely bad heavy with clots too lasting 10-15mins. He had a lighter one earlier but seems to be easing. However he is now complaining of leg pain and walking on his tip toes because he can’t put his feet flat on the ground as the muscles feel stretched. Ive now googled it ann panicking because Luekimia is coming up!! He seems to be feeling a bit better apart in himself and eating but should I take him to the doctors???
