Coeliac and now low white blood cell

Hoping for advice or reassurance! DD1 is 10 and is currently being diagnosed with coeliac disease (strong positive ttg levels, next step is blood test for the gene and EMA levels).

Her most recent blood test was about a week ago, I got the print out today and have noticed that her white blood cell count was low: 3.5, with normal range 4.5 to 13.5. It was normal at the start of December (5.2) so I'm slightly concerned that it seems to be falling. From googling, it doesn't seem to be a normal thing for coeliac, so now I'm wondering if there's anything else going on. In herself, DD seems ok, mostly just worn out, a few digestive issues, what you would expect with coeliac.
