Hi,

After over a year of pushing for an NHS ENT referral we took my 2.3 year old for a private consultation.

We have been told that she’s definitely needs to have her adenoids/tonsils out and we’ve been told this can be done at the Portland hospital in London.

We don’t have an issue paying for it to be done privately as we’d rather get it done quickly than sit on the NHS waiting list for it to be done at Addenbrokes.

We’re based on the North Essex/Suffolk border and are struggling to find any other private hospitals that will operate on her as she is under 3. We don’t mind travelling but would prefer not to have to take her into central London. Does anyone know of any private hospitals that will operate on under 3s?
