Abdomen pain in 2yr old , which radiates to leg some

hi , 2 yrl old girl complains of tummy pain which occurs every week after a gap of 4-5days this pattern is happening for past three months, the pain subsides if give a dose of calpol or ibrufrn, else pain occurs after every hr.
Doctors unable to still point to the issue, suspected constipation, food allergy but nothing seems to stopping the pain. Has anybody have had similar experiences
