Nappy rash /boil /spot has turned into like a flat white sponge like spot

Hi everyone, first time using mumsnet but just could not find answer anywhere and searched everywhere. I've put a pic on Google drive below. Anyone got any ideas or tips? Is it just the healing stage? First time I've ever seen, including myself etc. Thanks in advance!

Ouchie. That looks like a sore that's become infected. The whiteness looks like pus. I'd see the doctor with that and keep it very dry (bum out).

Thank you! I thought it looked infected. She's got chicken pox at the moment too so it's all fun and games. It looks like pus but it's really strange as just feels hard. I'll get in the docs on Monday if she's all scabbed over with her spots then. Thank you!
