clicking hip after treatment for hip dysplasia?

My 6 month old daughter has been treated for hip dysplasia using the pavlik harness which worked well and we were discharged from treatment with a follow up in 8 months time.
Her left hip has started clicking- we have rung the hospital and they say this can be normal and just to monitor and if it keeps happening over the next few days to contact them again.
Has any one else had a baby treated but hip still clicked? is it normal to happen?

thanks

My little one was similar. In a pavlik harness for hip dysplasia on both hips when she was a newborn. After that came off I noticed what felt like clicky sounds when I picked her up every now and then. I was terrified her hips bad regressed, but they didn't! I had her checked a few weeks after it started and, when she was 1 year old, she had a hip x-ray and got the all clear :-). Her consultant said thoses slight clicky sounds are quite common and the ones to worry about are usually bigger clunky sounds.
If I was you I would get her checked for peace of mind, but don't think it definitely means a regression!
