Any idea what this rash is on DD chin?

DD (4) has had this on her chin for about two weeks now. She has had a nasty cold and I initially thought it was some kind of viral thing but it seems to be getting worse.

She isn't in any discomfort - not itchy, sore etc (although she does comment that it stings now and again when eating)

Impetigo?

Looks like impetigo.

It could be a dermatitis type rash, possibly infected but hard to say. My daughter often has impetigo, as she has immune issues, and it usually seems wet, oozes and forms crusts. This rash seems quite dry.

That's impetigo. I'm sure of it.
