DS1 has chickenpox- does DS2 have to be quarantined too?

As above,

DS1 is 4.5 years old- first spots appeared on Friday. I'm "hopeful" his spots will be scabbed over for his next nursery session on Thursday.

DS2 is 9 months old...do I need to keep him quarantined in case he gets it too? We have baby sensory on a Thursday and would not want to go if he was infectious- how long do you wait though until you act as normal again? The thought of numerous weeks of staying in our flat with no garden fills me with dread! And we are only on day 2.

Thoughts??

I don't think you do-he may not have it. We had siblings coming to school with their brothers/ sisters at home with CP. It would be madness to keep them off 'just in case'.
