What's this rash on my baby?

3 month old DS - this rash has just appeared since his last nappy change. Any ideas what it could be? It does fade when I press a glass on it. He seems ok otherwise...

Is it raised? To be honest I’d get it checked with such a young baby.

Yes it's raised like tiny little pimples. He's fast asleep now, but if it's still there in the morning I'll call GP.

He also has cradle cap (that is improving) and a bit of redness and dry skin on his cheeks that flares up when he's been out in the cold and I haven't put cream on (mild eczema I think). So wondering if it's linked.
