20 months old has had 2 nosebleeds today

Hi everyone I'm worried about my DD she has had 2 nosebleeds today and is only 20 months old there is no reason for the bleeding.
Is this nomal for children her age?
There was also not a lot of blood but I'm worried because she hasn't had a nosebleed before
