My dd's hand and feet are permantly frozen to touch.... Bad circulation?

How old is she? It could be Reynauld's Disease. Maybe take her to your GP for a check?

Sounds like Raynaud's Phenomenon.

It does sound like Reynauds is a possiblity but there could be other causes too - its worth getting it checked
