Could this be the start of chicken pox?

Hey all,

Just after some advice. Noticed a couple of small red spots on 20 month olds tummy last night, they aren't really that different this morning apart from the bottom one developing a bit of a head. Just wondered if it could be the start of chicken pox. But kind of thought she would of woke up with a lot more this morning. She's fine in herself. Any advice would be much appreciated xx

Does look like it from that picture. Both mine started with just one large spot. 24 hours later they were covered.
