Acne/ teenage spots in 6 year old?

My 6 year old daughter has a spot on her nose - proper teenage hormonal Whitehead spot. I made the error of Googling and found some site saying it must be checked out as possible indication of early puberty / all kinds of rare conditions. Can anyone talk some sense into me please! Fwiw she is very tall but 91 /98 th centile tall not beyond that.

I had a right corker on my nose when I was 2. My parents ran straight to the GP who referred me immediately to a specialist who did lots of blood tests after taking a thorough history including when my parents and grandparents hit puberty.

Not really, no one is that daft surely.

Meanwhile in the real world: it's s bloody spot, give it a gentle squeeze to get rid of the gunk and stick some sudocrem on it. Jeez.
