what is good about sport at school? And what is good about it?

i think it is very important as it can create Friend ships while boosting self esteem and also get them active because it means they are not sitting around doing nothing but also there should be a wide range of sports at the school to chose from

Sport is good if you like it. Not everyone does. It's important for children to have exercise but they generally do, they run around playing and ride bikes. A lot of non-sporty children enjoy swimming.

I used to walk miles as a child but hated sport, always found a way to skive off. Swimming was OK though.
