Private tongue tie clinic - Essex

Hi, my sister has a 7month old boy and he is sleeping terribly and feeding quite poorly although is managing to maintain his weight just about. He had a complete tongue tie at birth which was treated but it seems it has grown back (which can happen very quickly after a tongue tie surgery). The GP has written a referral letter but it will take weeks at least before he will be seen by a consultant. My sister is exhausted having a maximum of 3 hours sleep per night and two little ones (oldest is 2 years 3 months) to look after.

Can anyone recommend a private tongue tie specialist in Essex? Anyone used the Brentwood tongue tie clinic?

I'm not sure Shelly sister can wait another 2 months. She is totally exhausted.

I know someone in north London. She’s a doctor and BF consultant and does tongue ties. Usually in new borms though.

Hi @bonzo77 I used to live in London and my son was seen by a consultant at the Portland but not sure she is still practicing. Do let me know who you can recommend and I will pass it on. We would rather use someone recommended if we can.
