5 month old, bumps/rash on body

Can anyone reassure me? DS has had these tiny bumps for a couple of days now. They're across his tummy. Not on arms, legs or face. He's fine in himself, not phased by them at all.

It’s hard to tell from the photos, it looks like a bit of heat rash - but if you are worried you should see a Dr, please don’t take my word for it! rash’s can sometimes be caused by viruses, irritation from wash powder etc! I have you done the glass test?
