Raised spots appearing on my 2 year old - more so legs

Hi,
I'm worried about my 2 year old's skin. He had small red blemishes (around stomach) when he was about 6-12 months old, they have now gone and replaced with small red/white dimples mainly around thighs but also on arms and cheeks. Does anyone know what these are to start to look for natural remedies before visiting doctor?

thank you.

I'm no doctor or anything but looks a bit like molluscum contagiousum. Our DD had this on legs and arms for about a year when she was 2.

Took ages to clear up but it did eventually Smile

My daughter has recently developed something very similar on her cheeks.
Im also looking into it. One of possible ideas is Keratosis Pilaris, look it up.
I have it on my upper legs and I think she may have gotten it from me.
I also consider food intolerance (possibly dairy)
