8 month old with Viral Gastrorenteritis

Like the title says my 8 month old has the stomach flu, and to put it bluntly, has terrible diarrhea. She's barely peeing, and has had about 5 dirty nappies in 3 hours. Any advice on preventing dehydration and keeping Down temperature would really help!

Nurofen is better than calpol for lowering temperature in my opinion, though it can be given fewer times in a 24hr period. Give her a spoonful or syringe full of water every 10 minutes to keep on top of hydration. And plenty of nappy cream to prevent or help with sore bum.
