4 year old with yellow poo & looks pale

My 4 year old son has been complaining about his belly ache for the last 3 days. However he's had yellow loose poos for over a week now. He also looks very pale & complaing he's tired (which is not like him at all even if he is tired) I'm just wondering is this normal as I have took him doctors a few months ago for constipation. Could it be related as he's never had such light pops before

Sounds viral to me. Perhaps Gastrointestinal?
If the poo really smells then usually It’s a bug .
