Vegan-ish baby and vitamin drops

It is one month till my due date of my first child and recently I watched a documentary called "What the health" on Netflix. As the title alludes it's all about health and I thought put a good case forward for eating more plant based things and ditching meat and dairy.

I haven't gone full vegan as I have the will power of a nat. But have been eating as vegan as possible of late.

My question is-are there any vitamin b12 drops suitable for a newborn baby? I'm sure my health visitor mentioned giving a newborn vitamin d drops. As I am going to be breastfeeding will vitamin d and b12 get to my baby if I just take the vitamins? Or should I get both drops to be sure?

*Just to clarify vitamin b12 is the only vitamin you can't get whilst eating a vegan diet.

Well if you're not completely vegan just make sure you get enough B12 yourself.

Look up Ellen Fisher on YouTube/Instagram, she is vegan and has brought three children up vegan too, as long as your diet is really good your breast milk should give the baby all it needs.

True, true. But never say never! I have had a few days where I am completely vegan.

I will look that up on YouTube thanks 😃
