But no signs of illness??? (Still swimming, playing football, running around etc..) no runny nose etc...
Lymph nodes up on back of head, all over neck, arm pits, groin ...
Should I worry? Or will they just go? (It's been at least a week (maybe a lot longer - only discovered the nodes as son had itchy head where nodes are and sore groin - found the nodes in those places then checked rest of body and found others!)
