What is this lump? Picture included.

Appeared over the last few days, hard lump on the back of DD's hand. It seems to be getting bigger too. Any ideas? She's 3.

We're on holiday but I'll be taking her to see the GP when we get home on Tuesday.

A ganglion maybe? My grandmother said you should whack them with the bible to get rid! Not for a minute suggesting you do that

Ganglion cyst. I had one that just kept getting bigger and bigger had to have it aspirtated twice to get rid of it.

Thanks everyone, we took her to see the GP when we got back off holiday and she confirmed it was a ganglion. It has since gone down a lot!
