What Baby/Child vitamin supplements are you giving DC

dd turned 1 and at her 1 year review was told to start giving vitamin d supplement due to moving from formula to cows milk. Since then ive been trawling the net and seen Abidec syrup or wellkids?

What do you give your DC

I give abidec. It tastes disgusting but you only have to get a tiny amount of it in there. I have a feeling the alternatives are larger volume.

I use wellkids multivitamin suspension that you add to their milk. It smells horrid but DS doesn't seem to notice.
