5 week old baby oral thrush and sore nipples

I posted a couple of days ago about a white patch on my 5 week old’s inner lip. The consensus was that it was probably a suck blister (which I agreed with).

The white patch had moved to inner top lip and has spread so I now think this is signs of oral thrush. I also have very sore nipples that have turned from my normal brown to an irritated looking red/pink. They are a little itchy too.

Don’t think I can get doctors apt tomorrow so am wondering if I can get an over the counter treatment from supermarket pharmacy? Would obviously like to knock this on the head ASAP before it develops further.

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations for the treatments?

I took antibiotics recently for c section scar so may have weakened immune system, which would contribute to thrush. A friend said to try probiotics but I think the baby and I need something a bit more specific, targeted and fast acting.
