Purple ish rash round DD mouth and chin

DD(10) seems fine but has a weird purple rash all round her mouth and chin. I thought it was felt tip pen so tried to wash it off but it is kind of mottled rash, almost looks like bruise. She seems fine but I am a bit freaked out and have no idea what it is. Anyone got any ideas?

Mystery solved. She’d been holding a plastic cup against her mouth whilst reading and it has marked her skin!
