MMR two weeks ago DD still is has a lump is this normal?

DD has her MMR just over two weeks ago. She still has a lump on her thigh from one of the injections is this normal? It doesn't seem to be bothering her I just thought it would have gone by now. She was hysterical and very wriggly so it was hard for the nurse to inject her so maybe this caused the lump.

How is she otherwise? Was the lump there straight after the shot or did it come up later? I would say it might be worth going to the GP if it doesn’t seem to get going down in size over the next few days.
