DS, 8 months has just done his 13th poo in 48 hours and his third one since 5am. It smells like diarrhoea but is quite solid and he's breaking wind a lot more than usual as well. He seems fine in himself, he isn't any more grizzly than normal and doesn't have a fever, is keeping food down fine.

Should I be thinking about getting him checked over or do I just wait it out??

Did he eat anything new today? My child has intolerances and pooing a lot/wind was a symptom.

He had a party on Saturday and was fed a slice of pizza (wouldn't have been my choice but apparently there was no other food - DM took him). He's also just started nursery and before was on three bottles a day but has started refusing his afternoon one because he can see the other kids eating and wants to do the same. The nursery is attached to a secondary school so their food comes over from the canteen. I can't help but feel it's not the food from nursery though because it started Sunday - surely if something from nursery disagrees with him it would have started less than 48 hours after his last nursery meal?
