Scarlet Fever -order of symtoms appearing

This has been going round DD (age 8) school. She has a raging temp and manky breath/gunky bits around uvula but no rash or strawberry tongue. Would you expect them to come first or later on? Hopefully it might just be a bog standard virus but prepping for the 8am GP phoneathon to get the golden appointment if not :)

Two of mine had it, one spiked a high temperature first and then was sick, before the strawberry tongue, red throat and rash.
My eldest first symptom was being very sick on the morning of a wedding we were attending! He then got the strawberry tongue, sore throat and rash.

She will need antibiotics if it is SF.
