Dental anaestethic in a 6 year old

Daughter had to have two crowns put in yesterday due to some decay, she had sedation and they gave her anaesthetic in the top side.

This morning that side of the face still looked slightly swollen and she seemed to be drooling a bit but she said she felt ok and not numb - but when she tried to smile it did look as if that side was still a bit numb

When or if should I worry? She is at holiday camp (wouldn't keep her away for the world as it's the end of holiday party today) and I'm at work...

She was fine and happy in herself... she knows she needs to ask for less crap sweets and let me and her dad clean her teeth properly and not do it herself... and is ok with the shit crowns as they are in baby teeth at the back and will fall out...
