Little red spots on back arms and belly?

Just wondering what it could be really. Shes 2.5 and has been a little irritable this week but mainly playing just fine. I just noticed it tonight as I was getting her ready for bed. Shes had chicken pox and they look smaller and don't seem itchy and covers her back and belly and going down her arms. Any ideas? Maybe a heat rash from heating?

Could be a heat rash yes or could just be a viral rash as she's been irritable this week but with no other symptoms of fever/poor appetite etc it's hard to know. I'd keep an eye on it and watch out for other symptoms developing and then go from there. Also check that it blanches, other than that there's not much else you can do xx
