Toddler with raised liver enzymes

Has anyone ever had a baby/toddler with raised liver enzymes (ALT)? My now 2 year old has raised ALT levels and have been high since she was 9 months old (fluctuating) with no cause yet been found. It’s beginning to worry me now as no one seems to know why and just wondered if anyone had ever had any experience of this?

Not experienced it but I would chase up consultants for further tests including X-ray on liver etc is she poorly a lot ?

She went through several periods last year of being poorly with infections (ear & throat) which would clear up with antibiotics but then has had a good 6 months until the last week or so where she has been off her food and randomly vomited a couple of times.
She saw a consultant a few weeks ago for further blood tests (he said he thought they would be normal and would be able to discharge us) but just received another apt through the post for April so presumably they have come back still abnormal.
