Without seeing a photo I’d guess at hand, foot and mouth! Or chicken pox.

Hmm doesn’t look like hand, foot and mouth. Looks more like a verruca!

Makingahome · 14/12/2017 21:38

Has it just appeared?

blueskyinmarch · 14/12/2017 21:39

I don't think it needs any action tonight. Check it in the morning and decide then if it needs a doctor to look at it?

Jessgonsalves · 14/12/2017 21:40

I noticed she had like a hard bit of skin a couple of weeks ago, wasnt worried at all, then I saw it today and it looked like that..

Splinter or hair stuck in there? My toddler had a hair embed and got expelled in a spot like that.

Ecureuil · 14/12/2017 21:42

Agree it doesn’t need urgent action tonight.

Jessgonsalves · 14/12/2017 21:43

Im not sure what it is, but we do have a dog so could be a hair? It looks like it needs to be popped

Jessgonsalves · 14/12/2017 21:44

its not bothering her at all and it still feels really hard

Her foot looks very red, i would be concerned about infection

Jessgonsalves · 14/12/2017 21:51

Thats exactly what I'm worried about, I might just give 111 a call and see what they say

Is it still that red when you aren't holding the foot? Sometimes it's just the position that makes foot look really red.

I'd probably pop it 😕

Jessgonsalves · 14/12/2017 21:59

i just checked again, and theres no heat on it and its not as red now.
im talking myself out of popping it because I know I shouldn't but I really want to...

Looks like a verruca! Just out some Duct tape over it for a couple of days !
