Full of cold and yellow poop

Hi. My 5 yr old is a bit under the weather. He has a stinking cold and cough. Slight temperature. And yellow foul smelling diarrhea.
He's had no sickness and is not his usual self. Just wondering if any other little ones have had this with a cold. Or has he been unfortunate enough to pick up a cold and a tummy bug at the same time.

I couldn't tell you what it is, but my eldest had this a few months ago. She was fine after a couple of days but the yellow poop continued for about a week.

Thanks for the reply. It's a weird one isn't it. He's a bit under the weather but not massively poorly. He's still getting on with playing etc. just having a rest in between.
