Large amount of mucus in nappy

Hi. My almost 5 year old has learning difficulties and Autism and is still in nappies. He has just had a bowel movement as usual but this time there was a large amount of mucus in his nappy. He has always had loose stools and has been seen regarding this. Was diagnosed with lactose intolerance and rapid intestinal transit time.

So his stool was loose as usual but approx 25 % of it was jelly like mucus. I dont generally pay much attention to his poo but this stood out enough for me to notice.

Ive had a quick google but still mot sure. Im on my own with 4 kids so don't want to take him off anywhere if its nothing.

He has no speech and very little communication so he cant tell me if he is in pain or feeling unwell. He doesn't cry when he hurts himself so wouldnt cry at a tummy ache.

Anybody know if I should be worried? Or is it just nothing?
