Called in for “routine review” of toddlers blood test

Does anyone know what a “routine review” of a blood test is? I’ve got to go in for one following my toddler’s blood test. The receptionist wouldn’t tell me what it was over the phone just that it wasn’t anything “too serious” but I did need to come in and speak to the doctor. Now I am freaking out. I took toddler for blood test as he was complaining about being tired a lot and had a slight yellow tinge to his skin. Has anyone been told to come in for a “routine review” of a blood test before? Was anything wrong? Thanks in advance

At a guess (and I'm not a doctor ) I would think rhe test has shown something unusual but not particularly alarming and they want to monitor it or retest in case there was a cock up at the lab. I do know that if they find something serious you don't get called back for a routine review - you are called back then and there or sent straight to hospital.
