Does this look like the start of chicken pox?

Not very good pictures but she has tiny red spots like barely visible on her feet, inside of her thighs, hands and belly. A couple kf larger red spots on her belly too. Not sure if it is the start of chicken pox or just heat rash. Thank you x

Chicken pox isn't normally on hands and feet. Could be hand, foot and mouth

Chicken pox is big fluid filled blisters with red patches around them, not tiny red spots.

Can hand foot and mouth rash appear on the tummy and back too? I know sometimes legs and genitals but cant find anythinf about tummy
