He got the initial outbreak Christmas last year and I think this is his first cold sore since then. I've put some Zovirax on it but should I do anything else bar beg him not to infect us?
When me and DP get them (perhaps once every two or three years) we use those patches you can get but I know he wouldn't keep one of those on 😬
