Desperately need wide fitting shoes for daughter

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can buy super wide shoes for my daughter who is 14 and a size 5.5 / 6?

In Clarks kids shoes she measures an H/ I width fitting and in womens shoes she is a EEE.

The only shoes I can find online are for Grannies or people with medical problems and swollen feet. Needlesss to say she would rather go barefoot than wear these types of shoe.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks

can she get into dr martens? I find them reasonably wide round the toes. Some styles are better than others, and sometimes (especially if she is allowed to wear boots) you can go up a size to get more width. I have to buy my teenage son a size 9, even though he measured closer to a 7.5 in length, but the bigger sizes are also wider

If she's looking for trainers or casual styles try men's shoes, they come up wider than women's. I have wide feet and am a size 6 but find most men's size 7s a good fit.

Rocket dogs are wide.

New Look, Matalan, Dorothy Perkins.

New Look have the best selection I can find, at a reasonable price.

My dd lives in her Doc Martens.
They are expensive but really comfy.

New Look do a wide feet range if she's looking for non school shoes.

Next, Simply Be and Dorothy Perkins all do wide fit shoes, as well as New Look, ASOS etc. Full leather shoes/boots like Dr Martens can be stretched, and obviously it also depends on where the width in her feet is - my ds and dh have wide feet, but the fit is actually in their ridiculously high arches so a sandal is a lot easier, or a laced boot like DMs

Yours are really good

Hotter are super comfy for wide feet, but can I suggest you order and show her the shoes.

Some in the catalogue my Nan would call grannyishGrin
