I do not know if this will affect the child's health

Buy decaf tea

Thank you ! Can you tell me which tea is decaffeinated?

Not stop drinking it entirely, but limit it to a couple of cups per day as you shouldn't have too much caffeine during pregnancy, and it will also affect iron absorption and make anaemia more likely. The developing baby takes quite a toll on your iron stores, so anything that stops you from absorbing iron isn't good.

Tetley do a decaf version but I'm sure you will find others ir just ask someone in the shop to help you if needed.
Remember Coke also has caffenine so try not to drink to much of that either.

I wouldn't bother with decaf. Just stick to a couple of cups a day.
