Antibiotics or no antibiotics. That is the question.

My 6 nearly 7 year old daughter has had a sore throat for a few days. I have been keeping an eye on her tonsils which have been red and inflamed and have this evening shown the first sign of white spots. However, despite the pain and visible signs, she is not 'ill'.
Does she need antibiotics or can I leave her body to fight the good fight?
Also, can she carry on at school?

Centor criteria:

Presence of tonsillar exudate. (Pus)
Presence of tender anterior cervical lymphadenopathy or lymphadenitis (sore nodes around jawline, ears, neck)
History of fever.
Absence of cough.

3-4 of these suggest antibiotics would be beneficial, otherwise normal fluids, paracetamol if needed (unless other health problems, she becomes very ill, high temp, trouble breathing etc - common sense stuff)
