Transition from Child to Adult Mental Health Services

Hi,

I'm looking for parents who could help me with some research into the transition between Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Adult Mental Health Services, for my PhD. If you have a child who has experienced this, I'd be really pleased if you could complete my questionnaire: socialsciences.exeter.ac.uk/limesurvey/index.php/685842/lang-en
Please also share it with anyone else you know who might be interested!

I also have a questionnaire for people (service users) who have been through this transition themselves: socialsciences.exeter.ac.uk/limesurvey/index.php/712363/lang-en

And one for the professionals who work with them (they don't need to have worked in both children's and adult's services, just have something to say about their thoughts on the transition between the two):
socialsciences.exeter.ac.uk/limesurvey/index.php/647952/lang-en

I'd be really grateful if anyone who this applies to could complete and share.

Thanks very much,

Kate
